Today's recipe is easy to make and uses our Hot Cherry Pepper Jam to create an even blend of sweet & spicy.
- Whole Chicken breast (as many pieces as you'd like to serve)
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
- Dr. Pickle's Hot Cherry Pepper Jam
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1oz lemon juice per 1/2lb chicken
**Not hot enough? Try adding a tablespoon or two of Dr. Pickle Hot Pepper Relish
Use Dr. Pickle's Hot Cherry Pepper Jam to coat one side of each piece of chicken. Drop chicken into a large ziplock bag containing the rest of the ingredients. Shake the bag and place into a large bowl in the fridge. The marinade will be soaked up within 4 hours but if possible, let it sit over night. Prepare on the grill or in a lightly oiled frying pan and enjoy!
